Supplies a testing module for the Angular Router subsystem.

Entry point exports

RouterTestingModule

Sets up the router to be used for testing.

`setupTestingRouter`	Router setup factory function used for testing.
`setupTestingRouterInternal`	Router setup factory function used for testing. Only used internally to keep the factory that's marked as publicApi cleaner (i.e. not having both `TitleStrategy` and `DefaultTitleStrategy`).
