credstash - retrieve secrets from Credstash on AWS

Synopsis
- Credstash is a small utility for managing secrets using AWS’s KMS and DynamoDB: https://github.com/fugue/credstash
Requirements
The below requirements are needed on the local master node that executes this lookup.
