std::swap(std::basic_istringstream)

           std::basic_istringstream<CharT,Traits,Alloc>& rhs );

Overloads the std::swap algorithm for std::basic_istringstream. Exchanges the state of lhs with that of rhs. Effectively calls lhs.swap(rhs).
