Returns the full path destination of the named symbolic link.

Deno.symlinkSync("./test.txt", "./test_link.txt");
const target = Deno.readLinkSync("./test_link.txt"); // full path of ./test.txt

Throws TypeError if called with a hard link

Requires allow-read permission.
