Document: afterscriptexecute event
Non-standard: This feature is non-standard and is not on a standards track. Do not use it on production sites facing the Web: it will not work for every user. There may also be large incompatibilities between implementations and the behavior may change in the future.
The afterscriptexecute
event fires when a static <script>
element finishes executing its script. It does not fire if the element is added dynamically, such as with appendChild()
.
Syntax
Use the event name in methods like addEventListener()
, or set an event handler property.
addEventListener("afterscriptexecute", (event) => {});
onafterscriptexecute = (event) => {};
Event type
Examples

logMessage(`Finished script with ID: ${e.target.id}`);
}
document.addEventListener("afterscriptexecute", finished, true);
document.onafterscriptexecute = finished;
