event - a TreeExpansionEvent containing a TreePath object for the node
Throws:
ExpandVetoException - to signify expansion has been canceled

void treeWillCollapse(TreeExpansionEvent event)
               throws ExpandVetoException

Invoked whenever a node in the tree is about to be collapsed.

Parameters:
event - a TreeExpansionEvent containing a TreePath object for the node
