public class DuplicateFormatFlagsException
extends IllegalFormatExceptionUnchecked exception thrown when duplicate flags are provided in the format specifier.
Unless otherwise specified, passing a null argument to any method or constructor in this class will cause a NullPointerException to be thrown.
