TimedeltaIndex.union(other)

Specialized union for TimedeltaIndex objects. If combine overlapping ranges with the same DateOffset, will be much faster than Index.union

Parameters:	other : TimedeltaIndex or array-like
Returns:	y : Index or TimedeltaIndex
