Return Index with duplicate values removed

Parameters:	keep : {‘first’, ‘last’, False}, default ‘first’ first : Drop duplicates except for the first occurrence. last : Drop duplicates except for the last occurrence. False : Drop all duplicates. take_last : deprecated
Returns:	deduplicated : Index
