class pandas.IntervalDtype [source]

An ExtensionDtype for Interval data.

This is not an actual numpy dtype, but a duck type.

Parameters:	subtype : str, np.dtype The dtype of the Interval bounds.

Examples

>>> pd.IntervalDtype(subtype='int64')
interval[int64]
