Flip an image horizontally (left to right).
tf.image.flip_left_right(
    image
)
  Outputs the contents of image flipped along the width dimension.

Usage Example:
x = [[[1.0, 2.0, 3.0],
      [4.0, 5.0, 6.0]],
    [[7.0, 8.0, 9.0],
      [10.0, 11.0, 12.0]]]
tf.image.flip_left_right(x)
