Converts all lowercase characters into their respective uppercase replacements.
tf.raw_ops.StringUpper(
input, encoding='', name=None
)
Example:
tf.strings.upper("CamelCase string and ALL CAPS")
<tf.Tensor: shape=(), dtype=string, numpy=b'CAMELCASE STRING AND ALL CAPS'>
