tf.strings.lower
Converts all uppercase characters into their respective lowercase replacements.
tf.strings.lower(
input, encoding='', name=None
)
Example:
tf.strings.lower("CamelCase string and ALL CAPS")
<tf.Tensor: shape=(), dtype=string, numpy=b'camelcase string and all caps'>
