Public API for tf.keras.dtensor.experimental namespace.

optimizers module: Public API for tf.keras.dtensor.experimental.optimizers namespace.

class LayoutMap: A dict-like object that maps string to Layout instances.

layout_map_scope(...): Apply the layout to all the tf.Variables created under the scope.
