Fired when a new contextual identity is created. Contextual identities may be created by extensions using the contextualIdentities
API, or directly by the user, using the browser's user interface.

Syntax

Events have three functions:

Adds a listener to this event.

removeListener(listener)

Stop listening to this event. The
listener
argument is the listener to remove. -
hasListener(listener)

Check whether

is registered for this event. Returnstrue
if it is listening,false
otherwise.
