F.39. tcn

tcn模块提供了一个触发功能，用于通知侦听器对其所附表的更改。它必须用作AFTER触发器FOR EACH ROW。

CREATE TRIGGER语句中只能向函数提供一个参数，这是可选的。如果提供，它将用作通知的 Channels 名称。如果省略，Channels 名称将使用tcn。

通知的有效负载包括表名称，指示执行的操作类型的字母以及主键列的列名称/值对。每个部分之间用逗号分隔。为了便于使用正则表达式进行解析，表名和列名总是用双引号引起来，数据值总是用单引号引起来。嵌入式引号加倍。
