Description

Detects whether event is pending or scheduled
Parameters

One of, or a composition of the following constants:
Event::READ,Event::WRITE,Event::TIMEOUT,Event::SIGNAL.
Return Values
Returns true if event is pending or scheduled. Otherwise false.
